I came in today to use my dividends and buy a couple of things. Unfortunately I just gave up and walked out after having been met with the worst customer service experience to date anywhere. At the register the girl did not allow me to use my dividends at the register since I didn't have an ID. I offered multiple other forms of verification and she declined them and couldn't even offer an apology or an alternative. It was the most cold and frigid experience that I've had with REI. It seems like it's becoming a trend at this location. As it is this location is inconveniently located, difficult to enter and exit, and now horrible customer service! There's plenty of other places where to spend my money.
