  • This was a unique experience! Booked this after hearing a lot of hype about sensory deprivation therapy, and chose this location because their tanks are large rooms rather than claustrophobic pods, making it much more preferable. The individual at the front desk welcomed us and showed us around, told us about the procedures, etc. The facility was perfectly clean and well kept, temperature was comfortable. You have the option to control the level of lights once you're actually in the tank, from "starry night" to full blackout. Everyone has their own experience, but I did find it very relaxing and almost disorienting, like I felt like I was shifting and floating/spinning slowly around but I wasn't actually moving. Additionally, don't worry about drowning; the water is so shallow and the water is so salinated, you easily float. Great first time experience, but personally wasn't Life-changing. Great facility and staff - definitely worth a try!
