  • My fridge decided to stop cooling after a Costco run. I was stressing about losing all the new (BULK) food packed in there. Called Rick, he said he could come out by 3p and was here on time and had cool air was flowing by 3:30p. I got a lesson on how my fridge/freezer works in Rick's no nonsense manner, which I'm sure will help me in the future. Rick was quick to arrive, on time, used better than OEM parts (as he told me) and the price was fine. One important note: after everything was working Rick left, then he came back 10 minutes later to check one more thing he "thought about." That's impressive. I was happy with Rick and my repair last weekend.
