  • I should first start by saying this place has great food. Tonight I called in an order to be picked up. When I got there the food wasn't ready so I sat down and waited, which was no big deal. A few minutes after arriving I could see my food was ready. Then I kept waiting and waiting and waiting for my food. I even made awkward eye contact with one of the cooks who could see that was my food. I finally got tired of waiting so I walked up to the little blonde host who was too busy talking to the other host to notice my food was ready. When I told her my food was ready she said " ok" not apologetic or anything. She was totally not doing her job nor was she friendly or show any signs that she cares at all about her job. No customer service was provided while I was there. I could understand if they were super busy, but I was the only one waiting for take out. It's really disappointing to have a place with such great food be represented by people who could careless about their job. Oh and when I got home I realized they got my order wrong :/
