All I can say is...I'm glad Gordon Ramsey didn't walk into the place. The food was definitely sub-par. Calamari overcooked and I think it may have been pre-breaded frozen. It's too bad, because the atmosphere has a good vibe. My personal recommendation is to hire a new chef and lower your prices by $2 to $3 for each item on the menu. Spitfire grill has potential. Note to owners...make a change...IMMEDIATELY, or you won't last. On a positive note..the service was good and the mints at the register were exceptional. Seriously guys, other restaurants failed at your location and you need to do something in order to obtain repeat business, or else you will fail too. As for me, I will not be back. It's very sad because I know the owners put their hard work and money into the place. I don't like to see businesses fail, so PLEASE make a change.
