  • Once again, their lack of customer service is mind blowing. I came in after hours to use the self serve kiosk, but of course there were no envelopes in the lobby. Two employees were standing behind a locked door right next to a stack of envelopes- I pointed and asked if thy could give me on and they refused!!! Are you KIDDING ME!? Couldn't even be bothered to slip one under the door so I could mail the package. Is it a must that you have to be a complete asshole to be hired here??? What the actual eff. I hope you guys read this and know what complete dickheads you are
