  • I'm extremely disappointed in the service my boyfriend received earlier today. We went into this Great Clips because the usual place we go to for his haircuts was unbelievably busy and we were on a time crunch. I recommended this location because it's close to my house and I've personally gotten my hair cut here before with no problems or issues. Upon walking in, no one greeted us. I get it, it was pretty busy. But as other people walked in after us, they were all greeted so why weren't we? It took forever to get my boyfriend checked in, even though he had pre-checked in online. A guy had walked in after us and was helped and checked in before my boyfriend, even though my boyfriend was in line before him. The wait time wasn't too bad - just a few minutes after they finally check him in. The girl who cut his hair was completely rude and did a very mediocre job at it. From the receipt, her name is Kim (Kimberly). She did not once acknowledged my boyfriend except to tell him where to sit. She didn't attempt to make any sort of conversation with him. She was WAY more interested in talking to her fellow coworkers and their customers and couldn't even be bothered to ask my boyfriend how he was doing. When it came to the haircut, she gave no warning. She just started going at his head with the electronic razor. She didn't clean up the back of his neck at all. She left his sideburns completely UNEVEN. The left sideburn was about a half inch longer than the right. She also didn't clean up his head at all when she was done. He was literally shedding all the hair she had cut and didn't bother to use a wipe or a comb or brush to brush it out. All she did was take off the apron off of him and just walked over to the register without saying a word. She did not even give him one second to look at the mirror. Like I said, I'm extremely disappointed in how he was treated and how terrible his hair cut turned out. Even after the terrible experience, he still managed to give her a very good tip. But we are definitely never going to this location ever again. Don't bother with this place! You're better off going somewhere else.
