| - Decided to try out this place since it was near my house. I was greeted nicely, the place was pretty empty. I needed a gel pedi and gel fill, and was seated immediately for my pedi. The pedi was fine, but they put the wrong color on my toes, and by the time I noticed the girl had been almost done with my toes and I decided it was too much of a fuss to go about and change it. I'm very confused why they didn't work on my hands and feet at the same time, since there were lots of workers just sitting around. I could've been out sooner, but I entered around 5 and left 4 hours later. The girl who messed up on my color apologized, and was sweet, but when you pay over 100$ for 2 services I would expect at least a request to lower the total or discount next time.
The woman who did my hands took an extremely longer time than I expected. She kept filing my hands and I would have to pause or pull away when it got too uncomfortable. I ended up being the last person in the store after closing. I understand people who are picky and take pride in their work but to be there for so long and have a coworker suggest things that could shorten time but not do them anyway is kind of excessive. This was the longest time it's ever taken for me to have a fill.
I really did want to like this place, it's very clean, new, and convenient to my location. But I paid over 100 dollars for a fill and gel pedi that was below expectation, and I was expecting cheaper prices coming from San Diego.
