rev:text	Do whatever it takes to stay Away from this Garage!!! I'm embarrassed to admit how many times this place screwed me over, and I kept going back, because of the close proximity to my House. Never again Monro!!! I've moved on to greener pastures. So what did they do to me that was so egregious? I'll give you the top 3. I took my fairly new Cadillac here for an oil change, they either cross thread the filter or used an old dry seal, the next day I woke up to a huge puddle of oil in my driveway. I got it back to Monro, they had a very unapologetic response, gave me a quarter of a bucket of oil soak and sent me on my way. The next time they got me. I had an appointment for a state inspection, dropped my car off at 8am, didn't hear from them all day, finally I call 30 minutes before they closed. 'Oh, yeah. We didn't get to that today.' So I went down, picked it up and brought back the next day, because I'm a glutton for punishment. The final straw: The very last time I brought my car here. I asked them to check a rattling sound it was making when I accelerated to fast in 1st gear. I blatantly told them, I think it might be the motor mount. Came back later that day, 'Everything looks fine.' I knew that was Bogus. I took it to my new garage, and within 10 minutes the mechanic told me it was one of the worst Motor mount cracks that he'd ever seen and I shouldn't even be driving it!! I don't like writing such long reviews, but this place is just the worse. Now I drive 10 miles west to Snyder Brothers for my vehicles needs and I couldn't be happier.
