I bought my car here in March of this year and had a great experience. I purchased a car-care plan as well, however moved unexpectedly to Texas a few months and recently learned that this plan doesn't roll-over. I haven't used the plan yet (finally approaching my 5,000 mile service) and have been calling/emailing the dealership for almost two weeks to find out what I can do (per Honda Autoguard). I have left voicemails for two finance managers, emailed one of them, emailed the dealership GM and called again yesterday and was promised a call back. Yet still... nothing. I'm a retail manager and must say, this is truly some of the WORST customer service I've ever gotten. I'm not usually one to complain, as I know people get busy, but this is ridiculous. If I knew this is what I could expect when I bought my car, I would have gone elsewhere.
