The donuts are not bad. They are made to order, tasty and HOT! The main problem with that scenario is that frosting tends to melt on the donuts and the toppings that are put in the middle drop through the hole, so you end up scooping the toppings after you take a bite. We did not eat at the store. As soon as we realized how they are made, I knew there would be a problem. If you eat them onsite, you have a better chance of them not melting, I can only imagine what will happen in the summertime. I would really rather they advertise their donuts are made fresh so they don't melt. I can live with 1/2 hour old donuts for a more pleasurable outcome. The groupon is worth $10 and that gets you "SIX" donuts. The other problem is that ALL donuts are the same price - even the plain ones. So you have to pay $1.49 for a plain cake donut...I know, I know, made to order. One more thing...the process is quite SLOW and we were the only ones there mid-week at around 9am. It took over 15 minutes for our 6 little donuts, if there is a line that is going to be a problem with one person making them. Now, we still have to use the 2nd $10 Groupon in the next few weeks. Frankly I'm not sure we will. I have to make all kinds of excuses and fight with myself to justify splurging on donuts in the first place and they have to be over the top awesome. I can't say we had that experience. If you can stay and eat them onsite you might feel differently. They are good donuts, just poor conceived execution and outcome in my opinion. Can't justify the cost either.
