  • This place is all about one thing: pampering. I am a stress ball. I am a perfectionist who has a very stressful job that lives in the middle of one of the busiest cities in the country. I am almost always stressed. To get me to relax is a feat unto itself. Of course we were running late to our appointment, so I rolled in totally stressed out & expecting to get reprimanded. To my surprise, everyone is more than accommodating. The spa itself (and the casino & hotel) are gorgeous. I was shocked to find myself relaxing just by being in that environment. Their locker room was lush & full of lounges & a sink area to freshen up. The whirlpools and saunas were just the right temperature and there was water, juice & fresh fruit wherever you went. The woman who did my facial was a master. My skin was glowing after-wards and she went the extra mile to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the treatment. When all was said and done, I really did not want to leave.
