  • I must say this was the most inconvenient terrible car buying experience I have ever had! The people in finance either do not know what they are talking about or lie for a sale. I have never had to return to a dealer more times than since I've bought my brand new car. Multiple questions I had asked before buying the car in regards to registering it in another sate have come up with incorrect and inconsistent answers, Spoke with the "customer relations manager" Gay who at this point says oh well and sorry she can't do anything. Will continue to sway friends and family away from shopping with this dealer nor will I buy a Toyota in the future.
