Adana plate was good; spicy meat, fresh salad, and tasty hummus. I tried the fermented red carrot soda and if you like that sort of thing it's a MUST have. Mildly sweet from the natural sugars in the carrot, salty, and tangy from the fermentation. Great with the spicy meat and fat from the tahini in the hummus.
The owner brought some traditional turkish tea as a digestif and it was a great cap to the meal.
