We had lunch at Serendipity. Upon entering, the cashier was very nice and accommodating, but the female worker that was standing next to her and took us to out table. I overheard making a comment as to "letting us wait." (I asked a worker before I left what the name of the female worker was that took us to our table and he said it was 'Ssida' -not sure on the spelling. That comment was uncalled for and did not give the feeling of Welcome a dining establishment.
Our server was excellent and upbeat considering how busy it was. She was very accommodating.
The food took a long time to come out. It took 20 minutes for the first dish to come out and 52 minutes, since ordering, for my dish to come out.
When the third dish came out, the kitchen server had dropped sauce on my daughter's pants.
My daughter mentioned it to the manager and she comp'd $17.
All in all, this was definitely not a good dining experience.
