  • Okay, so I like the atmosphere, but they still have a long ways to go with their noodle. I find the noodles to be too chunky, and sometimes raw. One factor that I appreciate about Ramen Sora is that they offer spicy ramen. The broth in the spicy ramen is delicious! I'm mainly just disappointed in the noodle. The atmosphere is quieter than your average ramen house, which was refreshing. : ) They use plastic chopsticks here, so if you aren't a pro-chopstick guru, ask for a fork. I might go here again if I don't feel like sitting in the cramped space at Monta.
