My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently while in Cleveland to attend a friend's wedding - conveniently the reception was inside the hotel which made it a short stumble to our room. The room was actually quite large which was nice and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the bathroom was teeny tiny, the shower curtain did not due much to protect from water getting outside the shower and onto the tile floor, and there was a severe shortage of towels. I did like that the sink was outside the bathroom so that you could brush your teeth and finish getting ready while someone was in the shower (this was important as we were sharing the room with another couple).
Check-in was a bit of a disaster - granted it was 10 pm when we arrived at the hotel, but there was no one working at the reception desk. Also, the desk is in an odd placement and doesn't even look like the reception desk. I had to ask the lady at the valet parking desk across the lobby to call someone to come check me in. That should have been a sign because the girl who checked me in was not too bright resulting in a check-in that took much longer than it needed to. Thankfully she was not working on Sunday morning because check-out was a breeze.
We did not use any of the amenties at the hotel (we decided to park in a garage a few blocks away instead of valeting), but the main lounge/bar area in the lobby is really nice with quite a few TVs. Before the reception, us and six of our friends set up shop at a table with our own beverages (purchased at the store on the way back from the ceremony) and no one said anything to us which was nice.
Hotel location is very good - not too far from the highway, easy to walk to lots of restaurants and bars, and the new casino is super close.
