rev:text	Horrible customer service, that's all i would say. I purchased a case for my iphone and it took them literally 30minutes to figure out where to send me to pay! After bouncing going to the front, then back to genius bar where i originally lined up for, then back to the front again, then back to the genius bar!! Ugh! I just wasn't a happy camper that day with how I was treated.
