rev:text	I suppose I should be rating the commission that approved this company billing us more when we use less gas. I was expecting my bill to be very low this month but when I looked at it, I saw I'd been charged an extra $10 for a weather adjustment. Will they let all the utilities do this to us? I wear more clothes and keep the temperature low to save money and they they charge me more because I used less. How does that even make sense?
