| - Went here earlier this evening and my overall experience was so-so. I had the All You Can Eat dinner for about 26 dollars per person not including tax and tip.
I really liked the food. Overall, it was very fresh and a lot of really good flavours and variety. Many different types of rolls including baked, deep fried, vegetarian, basic, no rice, etc. Also a BUNCH of appetizers.
The only complaint I had about the food would be the size of the nigiri. They were about half the size of nigiri you would get elsewhere. Obviously, this wasn't a problem since I got the All You Can Eat but I would have been VERY upset if this was A La Cart.
As far as the environment of the place went, some of the tables can be a little close to other customers. Also, the booths are large compared to the table. Both my partner and I were sitting at the edge of our seats in order to reach the table, and at the edge of our seats neither of us were very comfortable.
Finally, my biggest complaint about this place was the service. We were getting served and checked up on a decent amount at the beginning of our meal, but after the first round of rolls came around the service just started getting slower, and slower, and slooooower. After our second round of sushi came, it was at least 20 minutes after we finished until we were asked if we wanted anymore. After that, it took another 30 minutes until they brought our check around. They didn't even ask us if we wanted more, they just brought the check. I would have given this place five stars had it not been for this terrible service. I hope tonight was just a fluke.
