One Guard sent SOS to our house. They fixed the leak they were allowed to fix by the home warranty company but the next day a leak sprung about a foot from the fixed leak. Couldn't look at the rest of the system b/c it wasn't on the work order. One Guard is as much to blame but both companies succeeded in overcharging and not fixing the problem. We're going with a different company to replace the whole system. SOS was not knowledgeable about our system and set us back on time and money.
