  • Receptionists are always rude. Doc Janelle is extremely condescending. Do not go here. They do not care about your well being all they care about is getting paid from your insurance company. One time I was in the waiting room and the receptionist called out to someone telling them they had an STD. I felt extremely uncomfortable and if I were on the other end of the phone, I would hate to know that there was a room full of people listening to that type of conversation.
