These small bakeries are the best. Very much an art form when looking at the pastries they make. You can tell the love and passion they put into their craft by not only the presentation but also the taste. I had a cinnamon roll and it was divine. I'm not a fan (usually) of cream cheese frosting but I gave it a shot. It's not overly sweet (usually a sign of masking poor quality ingredients with sugar) and the dough is very light. I also enjoy the minimalistic infrastructure of the building. They are all about the goods and it shows.
