  • Two out of two, in as many days, of my Mochas have been far from extra hot as requested. And a Snickerdoodle Cocoa on Monday night was the same. Tasty, but not extra hot. I chalked it up to she may not have heard my request. But three times in the same week?! So sad that I specifically request this and what is put in my hands doesn't even need that special cardboard, protective wrap (collar, sleeve, clutch, zarf, cozies, hot cup jackets) meant to keep your hands from burning. Seriously, if I can pour myself a coffee at Circle K and doctor it up (24oz cup, 4-5 count half & half, PLUS 3 of the flavored individual creamers) and still walk away with a coffee that is hotter than what I request here, that's just wrong. Wrong! Baristas need to start using a themometer and/or quit wasting product as well as my time and money. Okay, that vent is done. The staff is courteous, timely and professional.
