  • 4 stars for food, 4 stars for our waitress, 2 stars for the kitchen. Let's just say it took well over an hour for our food to arrive, Not sure what happened back in the kitchen, but the wait was totally unacceptable. We did end up getting a sunstantial discount on our meal for the inconvenience, and luckily for us we were not in a crunch for time. Parking was a crapshoot as there is street parking, but unfortunately for us We had to choose a lot for event parking which set us back $12. We had no wait time for a table which was nice considering there was a baseball game that evening as well, that also contributed to the no parking situation. Our waitress was attentive and the hosts/hostesses were very friendly. The food was surprisingly good. Normally these restaurants that people slap their name on are notoriously not the best for good food, but we thought it was good eats. I went with the Bus Salad. Definitely not a salad for dieters , but definitely a hit in the flavor department. Mixed greens, steak tips, cheese crumbles, corn, tomatoes, onion strings, tater tots, and melted cheese. Very tasty! My husband went with the deep fried cheeseburger, because who can resist a burger that has been deep fried?? No-one! He thought perhaps it would be overdone since it was fried, but it came out juicy and tender. Definitely a must try item on the menu. They did offer a uniform discount which was appreciated.
