I'm really disappointed with Amazon fulfillment this year. I have a Prime account and nothing this season is being delivered within the two-days promised. I wouldn't normally complain but I pay a premium for this service.
I placed an order or 12 matching Christmas tee shirts on Prime last week. They scheduled them for a 7-day delivery vs. 2-day. Today, on the the 5th-day of the delivery wait, I received an email that they cannot fulfill the order and that it is canceled.
We have a family photo shoot scheduled for Tuesday and the matching shirts were to be part of our 2016 photo. I now need to scramble. Very bad service Amazon. I could overlook if this were a singular situation but the delivery disappointment has been a constant over the past 6 weeks. Very bad form.
