| - My full 5-stars is primarily cause of Cassie at the front desk, and Ray the Manager - both were extremely helpful and cordial, and helped me out tremendously with my billing questions.
The hotel itself is a solid 3-stars, so I really don't understand all the negative reviews on here. I've stayed here in the past and if you're looking for a clean and convenient place to stay near the airport this is one of the best places.
Yes, there are more expensive chain hotels you could stay at (Sheraton, Hilton, Radisson, etc.), but to have to pay $150 to $250 for a 7-hour layover is ridiculous to me. And the other budget hotels nearby (Holiday Inn, La Quinta, etc) are really terrible.
So, to be able to stay somewhere near the airport, to sleep for a few hours during a layover, for $94 total, and with them taking care of the taxi to/from the airport, it's a no-brainer.
Of course this isn't the Four Seasons or W Hotel, but for a layover, it serves it's purpose.
Overall, recommend this clean and friendly hotel over the other sub-par options in the area.
