  • Not only is Charlie a great person to be around but he is obviously passionate about what he does. He came out and cleaned a couple pee spots on a very expensive couch and the material is so hard to pull through that he actually came out a second time to help us out. Charlie really cares about his customers, and when he says the enzymes will continue to die within a week or two, have faith! It took my couch about two weeks to quit smelling but the secret potion really did the trick. Thank you so much Charlie I appreciate you to the max bro!!
