  • I had an incident in which my window was broken and I needed it replaced immediately (before I got sanctioned by my HOA.) I live at the Scottsdale Shadows. So I called M&M glass because Rick was referred to me by my brother. Rick has worked on multiple homes with my brother, he does great work and he shows up when he says he will be there. I made the call at 9am and we discussed meeting at the condo at noon. To my surprise, I received a call at 11:45 and Rick had already completed the job! When I arrived, there was no broken glass to be found anywhere and the window was completely fixed. Needless to say, I did not receive anything further from our HOA. I'm happy that I called Rick and that he was able to make it to Scottsdale that day. In the end, it all worked out and I got my window problem resolved at a fair price. If you have a similar situation, give Rick at M&M Glass a call.
