  • You know that you have a serious problem when the staff expresses sincere concern when you order something other than your regular dish (#24)!! I honestly don't know how to rate this place high enough and as I've been eating here for the last decade I realize that I feel ashamed that I havent written a review sooner. I think I secretly wanted to keep this place for myself. Well, that ain't happening! Let me start by saying you will not find a better bowl of Pho or Bun anywhere else. When I say anywhere, I mean the continental United States and beyond. I frequently travel all over including to Asia. The flavors are so dynamic and subtle, in a word delicious! It makes every other bowl of Pho taste like salted water. This is my #1 place for Vietnamese food and no one, I mean no one can touch their Pho. Phogetaboutit!!! The meat is tender and always cooked to perfection. Yes, I just used the word always. Please read my other reviews to see how brutally honest I can be with lesser fare. The noodles always perfectly textured. The rice is to die for and all the dishes we have had here are wonderful. (Shaken beef, Pho, Bun, fried calamari, egg rolls are heaven.) Service is excellent and if you come frequently they will make you feel like family. My vote for #1 Vietnamese restaurant on THE PLANET!! If this place ever closed I would become suicidal.
