My husband and I have been a customer of Chandler Air for more than 10 years receiving there spring and fall check-ups for our furnace and AC. We have always had positive experiences with the folks at Chandler Air- from the business staff to the technicians who service our unit. In 2010 we replaced the original unit (from 1960) as we were beginning to pour money into repairs. The new Rudd unit has had some major flaws. A new compressor was replaced in 2011, new coil in 2014, and again, a new coil replaced in 2015. As all has been under warranty, there has been no charge. However, I commend the owner of Chandler Air for still making us a priority in getting the work done timely and with the professional technicians employed. We will continue to use Chandler Air for our heating and cooling needs! Sorry to read others have had such negative experiences!!!
