  • I arrived at 11:30 am. Paid for drop in and to get my expensive racquet strung. The lady started stringing the racket right away but came back to me at 1pm saying she has to go and the owner isn't coming till 3pm. He will finish it later. She did the main sections of the racket and left, I told the next lady the racket is warping and she didn't know how to take it off. I had to walk behind the counter and remove my own racket from the machine. I showed the lady the damages and she said it wasn't her fault. I took just took my stuff and left. I told the owner about the problem and he goes so whats your point. This type of place is rotten and can not be reasoned with.
