  • I've visited both the Matthews and Charlotte location. The staff was very friendly and proficient. Dr. Altman has a great bedside manner and sense of humor. They really go out of their way to make sure each patient is served. I had a minor pharmacy snafu and they sent to Charlotte from Matthews for my medicine so that I could receive it that day. I have pretty severe psoriasis, but never expected that level of care. I've also tried microneedling at their Charlotte location. The price is great and I was very impressed with the time she took to explain the procedure, allow for numbing and she covered every speck of my face & 1/2 of my neck! Overall, I love this practice and fail to understand why anyone would give less than 5 stars based on my experience. Hope and Dr.Altman are wonderful, take their time and really work hard to make sure you're satisfied. Wish I could give them a 6!
