  • I am so freakin' over this place! The staff are nice BUT they are so unorganized and careless! We have never been seen in less than 45 mins of waiting...I know they are busy but so am we. They NEVER call with the test results when they say they will. I ALWAYS have to call them a day later to find out if our dogs have something seriously wrong with them or not. Then I am told someone will call me back and nothing! I have to call back the next day. Our dogs are our children, and having to wait on pins and needles for them to call you back is really nerve racking as it is, but for them to not call is totally ridiculous! Once, they wanted me to send them test results from another hospital by email to determine further course of action and guess what? They could NOT get their own email address right! I had to asked them 4 different times for the correct email address!!!! I called everyday for the results and they kept telling me they hadn't received the email. You know why? Because they couldn't figure out what their own email address was!!! How does that happen??? Since we moved to Southern Highlands, I decided to change hospitals since it would be so much closer than taking the dogs all the way back to Summerlin. After today, I am finding another hospital to take them to. Today was the last straw! They have a dental special running for the month of May BUT what they neglect to tell you is that if your pets are over the age of 7, there is an extra charge of $110-115 for blood work! No one ever told me that while setting up the appointment. Nor was there something in fine print saying extra charges MAY apply on their flyer at the hospital. This helps to prepare you for "possible" upcharges. Nope! They sprung it on me when I brought the dogS, yes, dogS...I had appoints for 2 today and then another for when she got off her antibiotics. I walked out so pissed over their business practices. It really isn't about the money, it's about the crappy way they run their business! How many times do we keep going back before enough is enough? Tired of their BS!
