  • I have to say that Dr. Thomas Tsai is the best doctor I've ever had! His intellect coupled with his skills and compassion are second to none. The way he listens to me, assesses what I've said and the situation at hand; then includes me in the equation of my medical care and what's best for me...is outstanding!! The business model of One Medical is superb! If you want top notch medical care that offers a direct line of communication with your doctor, if you want to be treated as an individual instead of one of the herd, then One Medical is for you. Excellent doctors, staff and office; big thank you to you all for the wonderful job you do!!
