  • I went in today to purchase makeup and haven't worn it in years. I asked for help selecting items when I came in and was told that she would be right back to help me. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I asked to use the restroom. I came back afterwards and still no one to help. I asked someone else, and she said that someone would help me in a minute. After another 20 minutes of waiting, I asked again. She said that they would be with me soon and that I needed to just wait. They weren't busy in there either. I finally left and when I did the first person I asked for help asked if I ever got help. I told her no and that I'd go spend my money elsewhere. They just lost a lot of business from me. I was going to be dropping quite a bit of money today. Their loss !
