  • By far one of the worst places I've ever lived. Only good part about it are the friendly neighbors. Way too expensive for a one bedroom apartment, they make you pay for cable whether you want cable or not. Hardly anyone's key button to open the gates work. I'm on my second one in 2 months and it already doesn't work anymore. Their mail setup is absolute garbage. If you aren't home when a package arrives, you're SOL, they return it to the sender. No package slip in your mailbox, nothing. Parking sucks. Maintenance is mediocre and takes forever. I've been here 4 months and I'm already saving up to terminate my lease. Don't waste your time with these guys.
