  • Really frustrated. Spent almost 200.00 last night and was missing a 4.99 shirt when I got home. Called the store and was told I would have to come in for a camera review. Sat 30 minutes while a review was conducted only to be told I had taken the shirt home and was made to feel like a thief in front of other shoppers. As I walked out the door and told the lady I would not be back she called out she would credit me the 5.00. I just left. Thanks to this Ross location I wasted time waiting for a camera review and was made to feel like a criminal in front of others. This is unacceptable after 12 years of customer loyalty. I will not be back and will shift my business and my school's shopping for kids at the holidays to TJMax and Marshalls. I cannot believe how I was treated over a 5.00 girls shirt that I did not get!!!
