  • I was referred to Gangnam Alterations by Le Chateau. I took my fiancés suit in to have the pants hemmed, jacket taken in and sleeves hemmed. I also took in my dress to have it hemmed. When we dropped the items off they guy working did all of the measurements on everything that needed to be done and gave us the bill (to be paid upon pickup). I went in today to get my items and the lady tacked on an extra $35 to my bill. She said something along the lines of her daughter not charging me correctly. But it wasn't her daughter that I dealt with; it was a guy. Also, if they noticed a discrepancy in the price they should have called me immediately to tell me. I think it's shady and unprofessional. I will never go back there. I highly recommend going elsewhere for alterations. There are so many other options then Gangnam!
