Just finished my first bikram yoga class. The British yoga instructor Kevin was super friendly and informative (and is also a professional British voiceover artist who loves cats). I liked how there were three experienced yogis in the front that I could watch during class and how to facility was clean and the perfect size for me. I have a clearer mind this morning because of class. As background I've tried hot yoga three times in the past and I have always felt bad for a full day afterwards. I don't know why but after this class I feel excellent!
