  • I am a brand new rider and just got my first bike and gear through Curtis at AZ Superbike. I went to two other dealers and was not happy with the lack of interest the other dealers showed me. When I went to AZSBK I had a great experience. Curtis was very knowledgeable about the bike that I bought as well as the gear. I spent about a total of 10 hours over four visits to the shop getting educated on the proper fit of gear, special ordering what I needed and learning about my bike. I spent about two hours learning about helmets and ensuring I had the proper fit. I was impressed that I found a sales person who actually took the time to be sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and matched me to the right bike instead of pressuring me into a sale. I just completed my first service on my new bike and had a great experience with Adam in the service department as well. My Ducati was ready to go before the promised time and Adam came out to meet me and go over everything that was done to the bike. They carry a great selection of both new and used bikes. While they can order anything and everything you ever wanted or need, they don't stock too much gear and accessories. The gear that I ordered was in the shop in three days. Overall, this is an easy going, laid back, no pressure business that was a positive, memorable customer experience for me. Glad that I found them.
