  • Went into arrowhead Lexus about 5 months ago because I wanted to test drive a Lexus IS. I told the person helping me that I was there only for that. I went on to tell him I was trying to decide which car I was going to end up getting. He talked me into looking at numbers. The whole time I kept telling him I was only interested in test driving. After about 15 mins of talking to the manager he comes back and delivers "bad news" as he called it. The manager felt that because I was not planning on buying at that moment I would not be able to test drive. I didn't mind test driving an older used model but he insisted that wasn't an option. The following weekend Mercedes Benz let me test drive their beautiful c class, I Instantly fell in love and got the car. I just think they had no good reason to not let me test drive. I would of bought the car if only they would of let me see how it drove. But guess that's not worth their time. Oh well :-)
