My Husband and I were really eager to try this place and I noticed it was on groupon. It read Ramen and Sake meal for two. We walked into Yoshi Bento and the gentleman was really happy to see us and greeted us right away. He asked if it was for two and then asked what we wanted to order and pointed at the menu taped on the counter. We informed him we had a groupon on his entire demeanor changed. His attitude changed from happy to perturbed within seconds. Then he said you can pick on Ramen and one Udon and that we would get a sake to share. My husband chose a Ramen dish and so did I. The gentleman said, "no only of of you can have the ramen and the other gets udon". Not sure why we HAVE to get on Udon when the groupon said RAMEN AND SAKE FOR TWO but OK. So I asked him which Udon dish is the best- he chuckled and said they are all the same...... At that moment it was clear he didn't want our service and it was also very apparent why they have Groupons. There was no one in the restaurant and the guy was SO RUDE!! Don't offer a coupon and then get pissed off when someon tries to redeem it. We won't be returning. Customer service is what keeps people coming back this place is lacking.
