  • What has happened to this place? Over the years I have had many many things framed and always had wonderful service. Now? The woman behind the counter (who was certainly old enough to know better) couldn't stop texting to serve me. Making a customer wait while you are busy with a personal text and not even looking up from your phone is just bad customer service in my opinion. Stupid me, I should have walked out. But I have a long history with this place. When she finally gave me the time of day, she didn't even bother to measure my posters after I told her what I thought were the sizes. She then gave me a longer than usual due date because they were so swamped. Honestly, the place looked like a ghost town. I don't know. Maybe it is just this one person who is giving the place a bad name and certainly a bad vibe. But, I doubt I will go there again.
