  • I bought a Groupon from her for a balayage, conditioning and hair cut. I called her to make an appointment and she didn't call me back until 8 hours later. Red Flag #1. I scheduled the appointment and the day before my appointment she text me and asked to reschedule because she had to go to the doctor Red Flag #2. . So I agreed to reschedule it for the next day. I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes. When I first got there, I walked to her suite door and it was closed and through the blinds it looked like she was working with another client. So I went and sat in the waiting area and text her that I was there waiting when she was ready. NO RESPONSE. After 45 minutes, I left. I didn't get a text from her until the next day, next morning and she had the audacity to tell me that I didn't knock on her door and her phone died and she had no idea I was waiting and that I should have knocked. I am very big on customer service and I told her that if she has a new client, she should leave her door open, make sure her phone is charge and at the very least WALK OUT to the waiting area at the scheduled time of the appointment to see if the person is there waiting as to be expected. I was so upset and disappointed because I was looking forward to getting pampered for an entire week and the entire experience was more than disappointing. I thank god I was smart enough to walk after seeing the rest or the reviews. I sat there for 40 mins and as soon as I saw a lady walk out coming from the direction of her suite with damp hair and highlights (I would assume should have the balayage) that looked like it just started in the middle of her hair and went down with no blending, I quickly got up and walked out. I thank god this fell through after reading other reviews. NO ONE SHOULD GO TO HER. Very unprofessional from beginning.
