  • If you are in Old Montreal with a hankering for something sweet, Bar à Beurre is a must. It's a cute, clean, tiny European-style bakery. Good food, good coffee, but the boule de beurre is the star of the show. Just eat it, don't think about the nutritional content. The macarons and cupcakes were delicious, too. And the blonde girl behind the counter was delightful!
