  • We had an emergency scorpion situation on a Saturday. We called 6 other places and they were either busy or required an inspection and estimate before treating. The others also were more interested in selling monthly contracts than listening about my needs in that moment. The receptionist at Creepy Crawly actually listened to the situation, gave me an estimate without and up-selling then arranged for someone to come to the house. Eric, the owner, arrived within 2 hours. He was very professional, understanding and informative. I learned more about scorpions than I had learned from living 15 years in Phoenix. His rates were very reasonable. I will definitely use again and recommend to my friends. I was so happy I ended up with a personalized family-feeling company.
