  • I love OTF, but find this location to be in chaos. There is little retention of well trained, engaged coaching staff. I have seen so many highly skilled and motivating coaches leave either voluntarily or by elimination. I find myself truly torn in whether or not to stay with this franchise group or to venture out and drive 20+miles to another franchise. I find the practices this location, in particular, employs as and indicator of unstable business practices and simply void of all consideration for the customer and customer satisfaction.
