  • If I could give no stars that is exactly what this place would receive!! They scheduled my fiancĂ© at 4:50pm. We came with his test results in hand and paperwork filed out. We arrived at the check in window at 4:27pm where Carla said to have a seat and wait to be called for registration. At 5:05 she called him over to tell us that we were late and needed to reschedule. We were never called for registration and we had heard people being called back at OUR scheduled time (4:50pm) to see Dr. Taylor. We were than told that he had to get to surgery, why would anyone allow an appointment to be scheduled so close to a supposed surgery time? Why did Carla not give us a heads up that since we were a mere 7 minutes past their "check in" window this would happen? We have waited over a month and a half for this appointment, drove over 40 minutes, to be denied! We asked Carla what the checkin time was for and she said for the paperwork, we reminded her we had it filled out and she said well yeah. So than why were we being denied seeing this doctor? Her lack of respect and professionalism made the situation even worse during our conversation with her, however how disrespectful can a doctor be to allow his schedule to be this way?
