  • Bait and Switch operation. I called and spoke to Dennis, actually called twice to confirm they have a $15 off coupon on Facebook. Of course, that was not at the Facebook website, so I asked him about that at each call. He promised me they could print it for me at the shop but would honor the discount for me if I came by. I made sure he confirmed that twice, so I would not be told I misunderstood. I even set up a time and he wrote it down. When I went by there, the owner Diamond, said they could not honor that, nor would she confirm that with Dennis, saying, "He had left for the day." She was not accommodating nor understanding of her customer, and I will not do business with a Bait and Switch operation. All potential customers BEWARE. There was not a customer in the place at the time, yet she made sure she drove me away.
